STEP 2

Digital Proof

You’ll receive a digital proof for each product using your artwork. Request any changes, then approve before we proceed.

STEP 3

Payment

Payment is required prior to your order proceeding. An order is confirmed after your digital proof has been approved and your payment has been received by us.

STEP 4

Production

After payment your order will enter production. 

STEP 5

Delivery

We’ll email you when your order is dispatched so you know it’s on the way.

Artwork Requirements

Raster Based Files

Raster based image files such as JPEG, PNG and GIF aren’t easily edited, and cannot be scaled to size. If you only have a raster based version of your artwork we can usually redraw this into a useable format, but in some cases there may be a charge for this if the design is complex.

Vector Based Files

Vector based files include SVG, EPS, AI and others. These files can be easily edited and scaled to any size without a loss of image quality. This is our preferred file type.

Yes. With most of our products we can supply unbranded samples for $25 each ex GST. Branded samples are also available with many of our products, contact us to find out pricing.

Yes. We can work with you to create a unique design that will grab your customers attention. Contact us and we will discuss the available options.

Yes. After we receive your artwork we adapt it to suit the products you want. We will then send you a digital proof. You can let us know any changes needed before we proceed with the order.

We are based in Brisbane, and deliver anywhere across Australia. Contact us to arrange a client meeting in Brisbane.

Unbranded orders are dispatched the following working day.
The lead time for branded orders varies depending on the branding method being used. We will confirm the lead time when quoting.

Yes. We can do this for most products. Contact us to confirm which products qualify.

Vector based files are preferred, however we can accept almost any file format.
If your artwork does need to be redrawn there may be a small charge, we will let you know before proceeding.
