01Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Unbranded samples are available for most products, usually for $25 each ex GST. Branded samples may also be available; send us the product details and we’ll confirm pricing and timing.
02Can I order less than the quantity shown?
Often, yes. Lower quantities are available for many products, although options and pricing vary. Tell us what you need and we’ll confirm what is possible.
03How long do orders take?
Unbranded orders are generally dispatched the next working day. Branded lead times depend on the product and decoration method; we’ll confirm timing in your quote before you proceed.
04Can you help with logo design?
Yes. We can help prepare, refine or create artwork for promotional products and recommend the most suitable decoration approach. Any design costs will be confirmed before work begins.
05Do you provide a digital proof?
Yes. Once we have your artwork, we’ll prepare a digital proof showing how it will appear on each product. You can request changes and approve the proof before production begins.
